These homemade hamburgers are not only very quick to make, but also super yummy. By mixing together a few ingredients, you can have these burgers frying in no time! They’re great for an easy dinner or a bbq.

One of the best parts about burgers is how much you can customize them. You can add whatever you like to them for toppings. I’ve listed some of the most common and classic toppings, but the sky’s the limit. We’ve all seen some interesting choices for unique toppings at restaurants, so feel free to experiment.

Another great thing about making homemade hamburgers is the freshness. Oftentimes, those fast food burgers can be quite disappointing and lacklustre. But, by making your own burgers, everything will be nice and fresh. The best part is that you can have them ready in a short time (about 15 minutes).

You can also pair these burgers with all kinds of sides. There’s the more classic option of fries. If you want something different, you can add a salad. You can go for something more traditional like a Caesar or maybe something else like potato salad or macaroni salad. Just like the toppings, the choice of a side dish is up to you and there’s no wrong option.

Notes:

  • You may need to adjust the cooking time based on the size of the patties. Ensure the meat is cooked to your liking (internal temp of 160°F or cut a patty and check the inside).
  • Feel free to add any toppings or condiments of your choosing.
